Prairie Island Field Trip

It was a chilly fall morning, but we had our field trip at Prairie Island.  We started with a migration presentation by Ranger Ed Lagace.  He brought "ducks on a stick" for us to see. We also did a Tree Identification Walk, using a tree ID app, that we got from Winona County Master Gardeners. Later, we participated in fun activities run by Winona State Outdoor Recreation Center. Finally, we had a quick picnic lunch and play time at the park.  It was a great day!
